Ula joined Player Research in 2019. She’s always worked closely with players, from her games industry start in community management in 2015, through a career that included support, marketing, and live operations. Noticing that the lack of timely feedback held back some games she cared about from being loved by players, she pivoted to UX Research, and became a player evangelist throughout the full development cycle of her former studio. She’s now happy she can help so many more teams and titles be loved by so many more players.
