Ula recently joined Player Research after 4 years in the games industry. She has always worked closely with players, firstly as a community manager and support team member, then as Live Operations specialist. Noticing that a lack of user research was holding back some games from being loved by players, she pioneered a player-oriented philosophy throughout the dev process in her former studio.
